What services do you offer?
Income tax preparation for individuals and businesses, payroll and bookkeeping, tax planning and consulting, and tax representation with state and federal agencies.
How do I check the status of my refund?
For a federal refund, use the IRS Where's My Refund tool at irs.gov/refunds. For Alabama, use My Alabama Taxes (myalabamataxes.alabama.gov). Our MyAlabama.GOV page has both links.
How do I pay a bill I received from the Alabama Department of Revenue?
Bills from the Alabama Department of Revenue (ALDOR) can be paid through My Alabama Taxes: under Payments, choose Pay a Bill I've Received from ALDOR. If you are not sure what a letter means, call us before you pay and we will look at it with you.
How do I create a My Alabama Taxes (MAT) account?
Go to myalabamataxes.alabama.gov and choose Create a My Alabama Taxes Account. Our MyAlabama.GOV page links straight to it.
How do I make an appointment?
Call the office at 256-586-4635. We offer flexible scheduling because we know your time matters.

Do you do payroll for small businesses?
Yes. We process payroll for small and mid-sized businesses, and keep the payment and employee records ready for tax season.
Tax Representation
Can you deal with the IRS or the state for me?
Yes. Our tax representation service can deal with state and federal agencies on your behalf, whether it is an audit, a levy or a notice you do not understand.
